Who are we ?
Jules joint SAA at a very early age Johannesburg International Airport, later known as OR Tambo International. Jules gained a lot of experience from ground handling to operations control.
Later he joined the UN in DRC and assisted with remote airport planning and operations, accepting and despatch various cargo, for example, medical cargo, food supplies, and equipment.
Jules was offered a Cargo Manager’s position with Qatar Airways in Doha.
Very soon Jules got promoted to be 2IC of Qatar Airways Global Cargo Division, where he also completed his studies as an ISO 9002 Auditor. Here Jules found a lot of issues and quickly new processes and procedures were implemented, limiting the cargo transfer for transhipments from 2 months to 1 week.
Jules was offered a position at OR Tambo International so that he can come home to South Africa.

After school, Marinda joined the old SADF where she completed her 2-year training and finished as the only lady Sergeant Major in a male-dominated camp. They soon learned that their tricks of the trade will not go down with this stubborn lady.
Marinda joined ISCOR in Newcastle and was one of the first to get retrenched many years ago.
Marinda moved to Pretoria and this is where her career in the freight industry started. With a little China man, who happens to be the Commissioner of Trade and Industry for Singapore in South Africa and a pile of manuals. She soon learned that a Pro Forma Invoice and a Commercial Invoice is not just an invoice.
Marinda has been in the freight industry for 28+ years and gained experience on both sides of the fence, clearing and forwarding and also commercial shipping.
Commodities she managed were Pierre Cardin, Guess Apparel, shoes and handbags, Aldo, Nine West, Karen Millan, Picto, 3ina, Secret for Woman, Batteries, alternative energy, and chemicals.
Marinda was the Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for the entire alternative energy program rolled out in Mozambique.
Marinda moved to Durban, a life long dream, to be close to the beach, the water, but due to a couple of wrong turns, and as the story goes …
